Okay, welcome to the Righteous Remnant. I am here with my host Ashley. Hi guys. And today we're going to discuss, we're gonna do a reaction to a reaction

of Charlie Kirk's death.

Cause what we've seen in the media is,

you know, so Charlie Kirk is assassinated.

But there were some events, you know,

after the assassination of Charlie Kirk,

what we saw was we saw a lot of people celebrating online.

We saw a lot of media figures saying something like this,

like, hey, he shouldn't have been shot,

but he did say these really, that's the things.

And these types of things are, to me,

it's insane that people are saying this, right?

So evil.

So we wanna address one of the people that say this kind of thing. Yeah. But what really provoked this was there, this, there was a pastor at McLean Bible Church, which is David Platt's former church, right? He was the, this and your pastor there for a long time, and then he turned it over to another guy. I can't remember his name. Mike. Yeah. You know, he's, but his, his video addressing Charlie Kirk went, went semi-viral.

And he basically said, you know, the same kind of thing.

He said, look, he should not have been shot.

This, you know, this is tragedy, but it's also true that he spoke about immigrants in dehumanizing ways,

right? And he didn't justify the killing, to be fair to him, but he did say that Charlie Kirk

was a very problematic figure, and he did say some very evil things, right? And again, I think

this is worth addressing

because there is so much confusion over this stuff.

I just feel like, to me, the Charlie Kirk assassination
