I am really enjoying my summer. Lately, what I've been doing that I've

been enjoying the most is I usually get up at least an hour earlier than I need to because I like

to journal and ponder and think and download all my thoughts so I can try to really create a beautiful intentional day.

And what I've been doing lately is I have this wicker chair out on my front porch.

And lately I've just been going out and sitting in it and watching the birds and the

butterflies and reflecting and journaling.

And it has been such a lovely gift that I've been

giving myself, especially sitting outside in the morning. So I don't know what you guys do

first thing in the morning, but I am going to encourage you. And this has absolutely nothing

to do with my podcast today. But something to share just about me and maybe something for you

is that, you know, not just rolling out of bed and running, I think that the best gift you can give

yourself is to get out of bed and gently wake yourself up and get your brain going in a way

you know, your brain is minded by you. You are the minder of your brain. So if you're one of those
