meet people and they just blow you away.

You meet them, they light up a room,

you want to eat whatever they're eating,

you want to wear whatever they're wearing.

You just want to be able to sample a little bit of whatever they have going on.

For me, our next guest, Nellie Galan, is that kind of woman.

I met Nellie at the Women's Conference of Florida.

We were both speaking.

I saw her.

I think I heard her across the room before I saw her,

but she just lit the entire place up. And so when she said,

we got to figure out some way to do something together, I was beyond thrilled.

For those of you who don't know Nellie, she was the first Latina president of entertainment

for a U.S. television network.
