It's a beautiful hot day in St. Louis, Missouri, and I have to tell you, I'm in a room that I don't usually do my broadcasting in, but people are working on their lawns all over my neighborhood, and there's sounds everywhere. 1:06.7 | But anyway, I do have a very interesting topic and I know I talk to you about it very early on in one of my early podcasts, but I want to talk to you again because it's still a problem and it's still prevalent. |
1:18.5 | And that is exercise. Now, I don't know why you think you need to exercise, but most of the people that I talk to think they have to |
1:29.4 | exercise in order to lose weight. And what I want to say to you about that is you don't. |
1:35.9 | And I'm sure there's people that want to come back and write me letters and tell me why that's not |
1:39.5 | true. But really, if all you did was watch and eat between your twos and eat the right foods, |

1:50.6 | But there is a much, much bigger reason why you need to move your body that has nothing to do with |

2:01.6 | important. Because really, exercise is a term for many, many people that makes them feel dread and |
2:11.0 | burdened, right? Because they have thoughts about how hard it is and they don't have time and they're |

2:19.9 | And yet really, when you look at children, children are exercising every day, but they don't use |
