you know what I'm talking about. But anyway, it just came to me because it's just a beautiful day.

It's a beautiful summer day and I'm so happy to be here and I'm so happy to be talking to you and I have something really special that I want to talk to

you about today and it's all about self-confidence. This is what I want to tell you about self-confidence.

Most of the women that come to me for help, that do work with me,

I would say one of the things that they all have in common is that they do not have any

confidence in themselves around losing weight because they base that on what they've done in the past.

And I want to tell you, like I tell them, you cannot do that because your past is over.

And the only thing that you have now are your thoughts about your past in the present moment.

And those thoughts are perfectly and always optional.

You can choose anything you want to think about your past.

But what most of the women who come to me choose to think about their past when it comes to their weight
