The SGF (Strong First Kettlebell Cert) is known as the biggest and baddest when it comes to kettlebell certifications. They're literally a militia of blacked out kettlebell masters and Coach Theo had the full experience last weekend.

So in today's show, Theo shares his thoughts, opinions, lessons and insights about the weekend as a whole while Cody picks apart his brain on everything kettlebells.

But if you don't really feel that same passion and maybe you really like using dumbbells and dinaballs and medicine balls and bands, then use that shit.
