Hello hello.

So if you've been listening to the last couple of episodes,

then you will know that my voice is now pretty much back to normal

after me haven't had that weird virus thing that just knocked me out and caused me to lose my voice a number of times.

So I managed to get through the whole popping home to Dublin for the weekend to teach a workshop.

And I was a little bit pooped still but my voice

was much better and then I got back on Sunday morning back to London some really

really crazy turbulence that was like literally

throwing us around in our seats and hung out with my family, the girls and M, had a whopping nap in the middle of the afternoon, it was blissful,

and then we had dinner together.

And I shared this with you because after having been ill, losing voice as I said, having to go

out to Dublin, you know being pretty pooped, I was kind of feeling like almost back to myself. And I think mentioned Emm is like a really good cook

like I'm very blessed in that department and he would be mortified if he knew I'd

be saying this on here because he's like

Mr. Modesty with this type of stuff but he is is a really good cook and so he was

making this sort of Korean style southern fried chicken.

I'm probably not describing it correctly,

but it definitely was Korean and it definitely was

in the style of southern fried chicken.

And he doesn't like frying chicken.

I don't either, as in like chicken on the bone.
