Today we'll be telling the story of St. St. St. Baldis, whose feast is celebrated on August 19th.

Not much is known about his early life and even the dates of one he lived and died aren't

exactly known.

He lived during the 9th or 10th century as a missionary in Germany.

He lived as a hermit in the forest near the city of Nuremberg and traveled into the city

to teach the Christian converts.

The winter wind whipped across St. St. St. Baldis' face, snow covered everything and it was
