I've learned some important lessons.

Before we jump in to the show, one piece of business, folks, from time to time we hear

from people who are experiencing some kind of cut off weather to the show or to a little

happier and we always really follow up on what those issues are and the technical people

are having trouble diagnosing exactly what the problem is.

We're having trouble replicating it and therefore trouble fixing it.
