Summary

Are you investing anything into your mental health and well-being? I'm not just talking about money, there's also time, energy, and effort that you can invest. Too many people want to get something for nothing but, if you want to stop binge eating, it's probably not going to work out that way. You gotta give to get.

In this episode, I'm talking about the importance of investing in yourself to stop binge eating. I touch on the different investment options – time, money, energy, and effort – and how each can help you to stop binge eating. If you have any worries about wasting any of these by investing them, I'll help you make a shift in how you think about that too. If you're ready to get big results, investing big will help you get them.
