Welcome back to another week of Raise Your Hand Say Yes, and I am so excited for this episode.

I have been trying to get Erica Reitman to come on the show for a while, and we keep talking, and I keep saying, like, one day you're going to come on my podcast and it's going to be awesome and um finally finally you guys she is here and Erica

rightman for you don't know for those of you who don't know is an interior designer but she is so

much more she is a former client of mine.

She's also a 100 rejection letters alumnus, alumna.

I think it's the correct term to use.

And she's one of my very favorite people.

She also is the design genius behind my raise your hands say yes, headquarters, shed turned studio.

And Erica came out about a year ago and really transformed the space and made it beautiful.

And I loved the reason that she does what she does is she has this whole philosophy about how design and

creativity are really intertwined and by having a beautiful space that can enhance your creativity

and how those two really play together. Not only is she like super good at design and you will

hear for those of you guys listening.

I hope that you all take us up on the Butter Dish Challenge because I am so excited to see what

you come up with.
