We are back with Part of this Holistic Health conversation – and if you haven’t listened to Part 1 yet, do that first! 🎧

Over the last 5+ years we’ve been on a health journey (and we have become incredibly passionate about it). The biggest thing we have learned is that our human bodies can be more aligned with the Creator – true health is to be completely harmonized with God. 👏

Last week we shared our high-level approach to holistic living. This week, we are getting super practical as we share a list of ways we have been supporting our health over the last few years; from things we have tried, things that have worked, and things we have not (yet) tried.

We are NOT experts in this. We don’t have it all figured out. We are still learning! But we are on a journey and we are passionate about it + we hope this sparks some ideas for your own journey. ✨
