glad to be here. Well I'm glad to have you both here and I'm glad you wrote this.

Before we jump into your personal stories which are both devastating and the why I do want to tell everybody when you're talking about loss you're not just talking about death right? Absolutely loss is you know death is death

death is end of life it's illness or it's whatever caused someone to no longer live

loss is what happens to the person left behind,

the person left above ground,

and everybody else who knew and cared about that person,

that's loss.
