Summary

Parenting, while it is a beautiful gift, can test the limits of ourselves. If we don't know how to manage the stress that our child's behavior can bring, we can create some serious short and long-term relationships with ourself and our child.  Yes....it needs to be addressed sooner than later, but how? How do we NOT react when our child is being "disrespectful" or "defiant"? How do we move towards a better relationship with our child when we have almost tried everything?

+

In this podcast, I cover how to begin turning things around with 3 simple questions to ask in the heat of the moment. Tune in to hear how to use them to have less stress and a better connection.
