Summary

In Part 2 of this episode, following up from last week, Melissa, David, and Jenna discuss many deep, soulful topics—from childhood wounds to the quiet strength that comes from truly knowing yourself. Melissa shares some painful memories from growing up, including how she was treated by mean girls and what life at home was like. They explore how we all have the power to change our lives if we’re willing to look inward. The conversation touches on how success rarely happens overnight, the importance of reconnecting with the younger version of ourselves, and the small, consistent steps that lead to real change. David opens up about the anxiety that came with finally making money after being broke for most of his life, and how true peace came from letting go of the fear of losing it. This episode is a reminder that you can always course-correct, say no to protect your energy, and build the life you want—one step at a time.
