Summary

In this first podcast I cover:

  • How do you know when you’re ready to date?
  • The self-care practice of Unsent Letters.
  • How do you know if you’re doing something for the wrong reasons?
  • Listener Question – How do you calm down negative chatter?

What Nat learned this week: I got ‘hangry’ (hungry and angry) and it reminded me of some vital lessons about self-care.
