okay this is gonna set the tone for today's episode let's just say it right off the bat. So Ben is having a travel day, but we still wanted to do a podcast. So kind of last minute we called our boy, alumni of the show, Johnny Brooke, said, hey, what are you are you doing man we want to hop on the

podcast and he said heck no no what's going on guys

we twisted his arm and and here he is so they're doing something that might be ill

advised so absolutely no preparation for this show it's gonna be a good one

though I think it will be we figure we're just gonna kind of hang out

see what happens and we'll just kind of play it by ear.

So anyway, I noticed something about Johnny when you hopped on the...

Oh, and some other schlepp named Mike Montgomery.

So today, it's actually fitting.

So I, when Johnny hopped on the call, I saw his arm and I was like,

dude, what the heck happened to your elbow got this huge

cut on his elbow so go ahead and tell that story real quick and then I'll tell you what

day it is today yeah it's a it's pretty tale. I was telling Chris I was taking out my garbage

before dinner tonight and slipped and fell and that was it. But yeah it was raining and

evidently our trash can lid had like blown down the driveway and it's like really cold here

So I was jogging down the driveway trying to go get the trash can lid slipped fell then got up

Realized the door to our house had locked behind me, and we had music

going inside so my wife couldn't even hear me.
