Mike Montgomery. Hello that was really clever. Good job Chris. At first at first I was

like wow he's really bombing this intro but then I pulled it all together and then you

wait a what's up so let's hop into it I'm sure Ben's got a lot to tell us

about being in Uganda for a little bit over a week?

Uh, yeah. So, uh, had a great time. Um, got back safely.

Uh, Sunday night got back to the state after a lot of travel. So I'm still a little bit jet-lagged.

But yeah, it was a pretty incredible trip and I went there to, you know, to meet the people that

are sort of the local people who I'm designing the school for

as well as members of the NGO that is sort of supporting and putting this whole

project together.

So, yeah, the, I think the parts that will really relate and

resonate with our audience and our topics in general of sort of making things is

uh, when you're when you're in a place like that there's making isn't this like hobby or kind of every once in a while thing.

It's such an essential part of day to day life.

And that makes things challenging,

but also make certain things easier. So like one example was our guide for the whole

trip was this really awesome dude named Patrick and he's going to be one of the people sort of running the school.

But everyone there does more than one thing.

He also has a little shop or he sells like different kind of like seeds and gardening supplies and
