Okay no problem and so Monique and I have been talking for a little while about how we want to start to address an issue that comes up all the time, especially in the discussion group and if you're not in it, you should be in it. |

| 1:30.0 | And I was very educated and all kind, I mean I've done all kinds of trainings and really it was for myself because I wanted to get better and I had spent decades decades decades looking for the right modality trying I wrote |

| 2:07.8 | training you've done your homework and and you've actually lived it as well so the reason why I've asked Monique to get involved is because you have that good combination. |
