| 1:02.0 | she relapsed to alcohol again and would lie about money or would always complain that she didn't |
| 1:07.4 | have enough to pay a certain bill. This atrocious cycle continued for years. Fast forward to |
| 1:12.7 | about the age of 25 when I moved out on my own. I started to realize that this continuous cycle |
| 1:18.7 | of sending money while being harassed that the money wasn't enough, all while my mom never |
| 1:23.2 | took accountability for being an alcoholic who neglected me as a child and technically wasn't |
| 1:28.0 | the parent figure I had in my life was enough for me to say that I wanted to do something about it. |
| 1:32.8 | My fiancé advised me that the money I was sending, about $300 a month at this point, |
| 1:37.6 | was simply way too much, especially since she hadn't had a good track record with money before. |
| 1:42.6 | So he suggested to lower it to about $200 a month, which is what she currently receives. |
