1:21.7 | mean to you? To me, self-care is really about making intentional choices that bring me closer to well-being of body, mind, and soul. |
1:31.3 | We are faced with hundreds, well, actually really thousands of choices every day about the things that we put in our body, on our body, what we feed our mind, what we focus on. |
1:40.3 | And I think if we can get intentional about these choices, our mind and our body will benefit. |
