| 1:28.8 | Talking about our challenge. Our challenge has started our 365 challenge. The 365 English challenge. What does that mean? |
| 1:39.5 | So this is a challenge about consistency. It means for 365 days one year that you will do English at least an hour a day every single day. |
| 1:58.1 | No exceptions. No breaks. No breaks. It means your goal is never miss a day. You might fail. You might miss a day sometimes or whatever. But your goal is never miss a day. |
| 2:12.1 | I guess that would be the main goal. If you do miss a day, then I guess the second goal, your backup goal is to get as many days as possible in one year. |
| 2:26.3 | So if you do 364 days in a year, that's still very, very, very good. So what this means is we're focusing on consistency. It doesn't matter how many hours you do in one day. |
| 2:41.3 | If you want to do 10 hours in one day of English, great. Listen to 10 hours of English or read English for 10 hours. Whatever. That's fine. It's up to you how you feel each day. |
| 2:53.3 | But the most important thing we're focusing on with this challenge is consistency. Meaning every day you do something. If it's just an hour a day, fine. That's a little bit each day. But every day, every day, every day. |
| 3:08.3 | Right. We're focusing on consistency, on that steady improvement. And this will create, it creates kind of acceleration really what it does. |
| 3:19.3 | And when you do this every day, if you're just doing a little bit like an hour a day, very relaxed. Probably for a while, you feel you wonder, is anything happening? I don't know. I don't, I'm not doing so much. |
| 3:35.3 | I'm just doing easy stuff. Listening to very easy, many stories. For example, you could listen to my many, many stories. And maybe you think that's not enough. |
| 3:46.3 | So I'm going to tell you a couple stories to encourage you from my own experience about this idea of consistency of just doing a little bit, by a little bit, I mean an hour, an hour a day. |
