Welcome. Today we're talking about the 365 day challenge.

I'm going to discuss a new challenge to improve your English.

You can do it with anything. It doesn't have to be English, but probably for you, it's English.

But focusing on practicing on activity, on learning 365 days, what this means is that

every day for one year means every day. You will listen to English, use English, and we'll

talk more about the details of this. And this is going to give you a huge improvement,

a big, big, big, big improvement during one year. It's a good time to start in the north part

of the world. It's spring. So this is a very good time to renew, to start again.

And I'm going to be doing this challenge myself, not with English, obviously, but with something

else, which I'll talk about. And the idea here is consistency. Consistency. So our focus for this

year, for the next year, will be consistency. Consistency, not intensity. Consistency, not

intensity. Intensity, what is that? Intensity means to do something very powerfully, to do it a lot.

So for example, if you're lifting weights, you're exercising. If you're doing intense workouts,

you're using very heavy weights, right? So when you lift that weight, as I say, maybe you're lifting

the weight over your head, that it's very, very, very, very heavy, it's moving my lights,

right? So you're going to feel your whole body. It feels like your muscles are going to pull apart

or be destroyed. That's intensity, right? The opposite, that would be something like moderation,
