We're discussing fasting today, dry fasting.

I've been doing some dry fasting this week, and it's great, this is really a great month

for fasting.

We have Ramadan is still going on now, still going.

I believe it's how you pronounce it, is for Sanatana Dharma and for Jains is coming up

this month.

So another holy day that involves fasting for many people.
