Pregnancy and having babies when you're an athlete. What is it like going through

that? And how the heck do you get back to exercising after your body has completely changed?

Yeah, we did a YouTube video with Katie just over the last couple of weeks where she talked about

how she felt this pressure of training while she was pregnant, but then very

quickly realized that she was actually just going to take a step back from feeling that

pressure of having to train like a professional athlete. And I think that's a really unique

perspective from somebody who has been at the very pinnacle of our sport to say, you know what,

now's the time that I'm going to focus on being

a mom and a soon-to-be mom. And I think that was a really interesting perspective. So we wanted to
