Hey everybody, this is Heidi St. John. Thanks for tuning in today. You guys have found me at my

little corner of the internet. I'm so glad that you're here. This is off the bench and today I

am blessed and honored to have a dear friend of mine, Rachel Carmen on the show. And we are going

to encourage all the homeschool moms listening. Stick around. I think you're going to be encouraged.

All right, you guys. So lots of things going on. You know that this is primary week for me. So

we continue to just appreciate your prayers and we're entering into three days actually a prayer

and fasting starting on Friday of this week. So Friday Saturday and Sunday if you want to just

join with me and pray not only for the race here in Washington State, but for good people,

for God's people who are running for office around the country that they would be elected. We

need godly leadership in this country from our school boards to the White House. And so we're

going to be praying about that. In fact, I'm going to link back to how you can do that with me. And

I might even see if I can finagle my friend Rachel to join me. We're going to be coming on there

every day and just encouraging you in it, you know, with the scripture from from that day and a

prayer point and just trying to really come before the Lord in an attitude of prayer. So I hope you

guys will join me for that. I am thrilled today because one of my favorite people in the world,

not just setting aside homeschooling. One of my favorite friends Rachel Carmen is here. Rachel and

her husband Davis owned the apology. And you guys know because we've talked about this many times

on the show before, but beyond that, Rachel is a mother of seven. Is she just graduated her last

from her homeschool? So we're going to talk a little bit of reflections on homeschooling and

that I already encourage some people today. Rachel, welcome to the show. It's so good to see you.

We've got to start meeting more often than this. I mean, we live on opposite coast. We don't spend

nearly enough time with each other. When we see each other conference, we dash in and dash out.
