A year ago this week, Stephanie Goldstein, mother, psychologist, and mindfulness teacher shared a beautiful meditation and short inspirational

but we do get to choose how we show up in our lives each and every day.

Stephanie. Finding a comfortable position, I invite you to take a few long, slow, deep breaths.
