So how about you getting started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Sure. All right, Kwame. So I'm, my name's Jason Harris.

I'm the co-founder and CEO of an advertising agency. We're our name's mechanism.

We're about 200 people, four offices. We work on big brands like Ben and Jerry's Peloton,

Charles Schwab, Jose Cuervo, et cetera, et cetera. We got about 25 brands.

We do business to consumer advertising in every facet that that takes.

We do a lot of hardcore brand strategy and creative work.

And really, I've been doing advertising my whole entire career.

And in about 2020, I launched a book called The Soulful Art of Persuasion, and it really packages up what I learned as an entrepreneur building a business
