his weight wasn't going upward for a while. It was going backwards. Now isn't on the upward

trend and healthy. And so we appreciate your prayers. Angie will be back in good time. I'm sure

you miss her. I miss her. It's way harder to do this without her. Plus she's so good. It's so fun

to talk with her. Do you realize when you go solo any pauses, you have to fill the gaps. And you

can't think about what you're going to say next with someone else is talking. It is quite a bit

harder. But that's okay. I'm ready for a challenge always and we're going to dive in and I think

this will be really practical, really applicable. No matter what age your kids are, no matter if you

are the dad or the wife, it's great for both. We need to have emotional resilience more than ever

in the definition of resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. You had the
