Summary

We are all passive at times that we shouldn’t be and over time it can have negative consequences in your kids lives. Isaac challenges us to think about these six areas to make sure we aren’t passive; education, purity, peers, family boundaries, spiritual growth, and creating memorable experiences. It’s so important to think about this introspectively so we can be aware of where courage is needed.

I'm not sure if I'm passive or maybe you're like, I am passive or you know, let's see. Let's see

periods of time in my life, especially as a man, I believe I would have really challenged

1:18.6

somebody saying, Isaac, you're passive in some areas of your life. That would not have felt good

1:24.1

until I really realized, and I'm older now, and I understand the Bible better, that we are all

passive at times. Passivity seeps in. And it shows up in places. Just ask yourself, have you ever

been in a situation where you're talking to someone or you're around and you're listening,

and later you're like, wow, I really should have said this or wow, I really should have taken

this action or that action. And a lot of times the reason we didn't is because of inner
