| 0:10.8 | We continue mid-week with our series Two Cleanse. And how are you doing with your peace moments? |
| 0:21.4 | In fact, why don't you give yourself a peace moment right now to focus your thoughts as you get ready to meditate? |
| 0:33.4 | Now that you are back, in today's episode, I'm going to guide you through a seven chakra cleanse. |
| 0:58.0 | Chakras are areas located within you that harbor your emotions and your memories. Anything you've experienced and responded to emotionally is within you. |
| 1:18.0 | It's the mind-body connection. And sometimes you might not remember some of these experiences, but they did create some kind of response from your nervous system. And your nervous system gets triggered according to past experiences. |
| 1:41.0 | And so as you go through the seven chakra cleanse, just notice how you feel within each location as I guide you through the chakras. |
| 1:58.0 | Make no judgments or feel regrets or bring up past painful experiences. It's just a way to kind of settle the dust you could say as you go through different emotions that we all experience in our journey. |
| 2:23.0 | So go ahead now and settle yourself down to meditate. |
| 2:31.0 | Spine is straight. Eyes are closed and gently uplifted. This keeps your thoughts uplifted. |
| 2:45.0 | Relax your face, soften your jaw, relax your throat and your neck. |
| 3:07.0 | Relax your shoulders and your chest. |
| 3:19.0 | Relax your arms. |
| 3:30.0 | You may relax your hands in the prayer mudra where you intertwine your fingers and then lay your fingers on the back of the opposite hand. |
| 3:44.0 | This helps you to breathe better, more freely, more deeply, especially on the exhale. |
| 3:56.0 | And then the second part of the mudra is to take your left index finger and left thumb and create a circle with it and place that circle over your right thumb. |
| 4:11.0 | Your hands are still intertwined and it looks as though you're holding your hands in the prayer position encircling your right thumb with your left index finger and your left thumb. |
| 4:30.0 | You may hold your hands in this mudra for however long you feel comfortable doing so. |
| 4:38.0 | You may hold your hands up at your chest or even down on your lap. |
| 4:43.0 | Remember you can do this mudra throughout your day to release anger, fear, loss, and sorrow and grief. |
| 5:07.0 | Relax your stomach, let it hang out and soften. |
| 5:15.0 | Feel yourself breathe more easily as you inhale and exhale through your nose. |
