Obviously we need to go up to Liverpool to find out what the hell happened last night

as the city celebrated the Red's astonishing triumph in the Premier League.

The joy turned to terror as some kind of maniac drove his people mover through

the celebrating crowds forwards and then backwards. We'll play you some footage in just a minute.

27 people in hospital, four children, one baby, 47 injured altogether. It's only a miracle that no one was killed.

We will be, of course, keeping you updated on that story throughout this morning.

Also today, Nigel Farage later this morning, will make a keynote speech,

pledging tax breaks for marriages in order to boost births.

That's like an old system, a return to the old days.

Why did we get rid of that system?

So he will also, of course, pledge to completely reverse the axing of the winter fuel allowance.

He will restore that completely. In a way, well, not in a way,

as a matter of fact, Nigel Farage is cashing in on the chaos, the tax chaos that is engulfing

Keir Starmes' chaotic government. He's having to U-turn on his benefits cuts on his slashing of the winter fuel allowance and those U-turn on his benefits cuts, on his slashing of the winter fuel allowance, and those U-turns,

those attempts at U-turns, so far it's just announcements.

Let's not get carried away here.

But the fact that he is having to in some way backtrack is causing utter chaos.
