Today on the podcast the Shadow Boxing episode, but I'm kind of cheating on the regular Shadowboxing

crew and it's caused some trouble.

Ryan Barnacle is incensed, he's threatened to resign.

It's just a whole disaster. I shouldn't have done it, but it seemed right at the time.

So it's just me doing the Shadow Boxing with a guest my buddy from Smack Days, Casey Parker, bills himself as a

GP but really he's a jack of all trades he does everything he does anesthetics he does everything, he does

anesthetics, he does critical care, he does

emergency, he does obstetrics, he's pediatrics,

it's everything.

He presented a rural medicine case to me.

We went over it. We've inserted shadow

boxing points. I think you'll like it. We'll be back with the regular shadow boxing

Yes, so I'm a what's called a rural generalist, which I don't know if really

exists in many parts of the world, but's an Australian thing and so essentially I'm a

GP originally by training but I don't really work as a GP I work as a hospitalist I think you'd say in your system
