When your heart is soft, it affects every area of your life, but maybe not all the way

instantaneously.

There are some things that we have to be trained into, we have to learn.

And so one thing that I often teach women is if you have been seen as being brash and tough,

go to people that you trust and ask them, hey, how's my tone?

Because a big part of being soft is also softening our tone.

And sometimes women come to me and they're like, people keep saying that I talk to them

a certain way and I don't like that.

And I tell them another part of being soft is being

humble.
