Hello and welcome to the Monday June 17th

2019 edition of Tesla Daily on Official Tesla Podcast.

My name is Rob Maower, a few various news items today, but we'll start with the stock price,

which was up today, 4.70% to 225.3 cents, that compared to the NASDAQ up 0.62.

So strong overperformance from Tesla today.

Many other companies saw a similarly strong overperformance though as well.

Netflix for example was up 3.2% Spotify 3.4%

Facebook 4.2 lift 4.3%

so while there was some Tesla news today I don't think it was singularly that news that was

really driving the stock price. I think it was a combination of the macro

environment as well as hopefully what seems to be a continuation of the

reversal and trend that we've been seeing. One piece of news today that may have had an impact on the share price was an updated analyst

note from Ben Kalo of Baird.

That news was reported by Basinga.

Unfortunately, I only have access to the headline because the body of the article is behind a paywall for Basing a pro.

So we will get the news from the headline which was quote

Baird analyst Ben Kalo believes upside and Tesla shares on Monday related to quote the start of

They then updated that headline to quote,

Baird's Kalo cites aspects for Tesla short covering.
