probably resonates deeply with you. You can feel it. You can feel it deep within your soul when you hear the words

self-sabbatage. We all do it. We all do it at some point. some of us like myself do it more often than others and then we

look back and we're like what was I doing why did I sabotage my efforts? I was doing so well what happened?

And we sit there confused and then we gather ourselves up again and we start to push forward and we sabotage again and then all of a sudden it's a pattern

it's a trap we don't know how to get out of it so what I wanted to do was break down some common forms of self-sabbatage because it needs to be discussed.

It is an important topic and I'm actually going to kind of take this in two different directions because in my opinion, there's self-sabbatage that has to do with, that's less about us.
