they started off and eventually owned seven restaurants and there was a lot of disruption there

in terms of limitations. I mean it was so hard for them to build the business and scale the

business. So while I knew I love food and business, I knew that restaurants may not be the best

opportunity. So when I stumbled across a hot sauce, I could really do some damage in the industry.

I jumped on it. I thought it was the perfect opportunity. So today we're speaking. It's actually
