others, but the enthusiasm's always there. Today on Runford, I am joined by someone who is,

well, I'd say Gazelle-like, super speedy

and a true pro. She is Scotland's most decorated track and field athlete of all time. She's

had success at Olympic Commonwealth, World and European levels. Her speciality is 400 metres and

400 metre hurdles. She is the wonderful Ailey Doyle. Hello there.

Hi there. How are you? I'm good. Thank you. I'm good. Thank you for having me on the show. I'm looking

forward to this. Do you know the last time I think I saw you was when you were Ailey Child? Yes. It would have been back in

2014 I think when we did the baton really for the Commonwealth Games.

So, yeah, which feels like ages, ages ago.

I know, it was such a long time ago. It was so funny. So Ailey and I were welcoming the baton

into Scotland with Daly Thompson. So weird thinking back. Do you remember we played Daly

Thompson's decathlon with Daly Thompson?

Do you know, I've got a photograph of that.

I took a photo at the time, and it just seems so surreal that you're sitting there playing his decathlon game,

and he's actually showing you how he's playing it as well.

It was one of those, I need to just stop and just take this moment in,

because this is never going to happen again.

I know. It was really, really cool. What an exciting time. That year was massive for you. Oh, my goodness.
