Summary

In today’s episode I’m joined by Ethan Kowing. Ethan has been an Oregon State Trooper for 8 years and like many law enforcement officers, he has taken issue with the direction the profession has turned in the last 18 months. Ethan made a video publicly defending people's constitutional rights and freedom to choose whether or not they should get vaccinated. As suspected his agency placed him on leave pending an investigation. Ethan is a Christian, a father, husband and Patriot and I’m proud to see others taking a much-needed stand in these tumultuous times! Please enjoy episode 66 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast!

You can tell me what a fucking idiot I am.

0:25.0

I get those sometimes too.

0:26.8

But yeah, please just spread the word and help the show grow.

As the show grows, it helps sustainability,

and it helps me to continue on this journey.

So with that out of the way,

0:37.2

let's knock out these ads and start

0:38.7

the show. We are first brought to you by a new sponsor, Ice Barrel. Ice Barrel is a cold therapy

0:45.1

training tool that offers an easy way to add ice baths into your routine. It's lightweight,

0:50.4

durable design, it's portable, compact, and it's aesthetically pleasing. It looks cool. I actually

0:56.4

shared a picture of my new one that I just got next to my sauna out in my yard yesterday on my

1:01.9

Instagram if you want to take a look. So using ice barrel is simple. You fill it with water,

1:07.2

then you put ice in it, and then you jump inside of it. And if you guys are familiar

1:12.2

with me in the show, you know that I use cold water therapy to help hone mental toughness.

1:18.3

It's like a, it's like a reset. And if you're having a hard day or you're feeling down or

1:23.3

depressed or your body aches, I'm telling you, you sit in ice for a while, you get out,

1:28.7

all the aches and pains, all the concerns are gone. And my personal opinion on that is that if you

1:34.7

were to fall through the ice from the beginning of time up until 100 years ago into a lake,

1:40.2

that means you're going to fucking die. And so all the, all the fight or flight hormones are activated.

1:45.7

And when you get out and you start to warm up,

1:47.8

your body's like,
