So, well, I say each and every week. As some of you know,

or what in a podcast last week.

It was a really weird week.

I woke up one day earlier in that week and

and saw the headlines from all over the world

that I had passed away from advanced colon cancer.

And so it was just a trippy week I had to you know to sort of acknowledge that I wasn't going to be

alive anymore and you know spend a little time to myself so I'm actually I'm not kidding about the article but I am

kidding that that's the reason that I took the week off. I don't really have a

great excuse. It was a busy week I had some physical problems blew out my

back in the gym and just was a little off so I decided

to sit it out a week.

So my apologies to the loyal listeners.

But here we are, we're back.

We're back again, another podcast, another Monday.

What is going on, a lot going on?

Just the other day, my friend Andy Sandberg, who's doing another spoof sports film called the Tour to Pharmacy.
