Well, just L.A. and Florida, weather-wise compared to Baltimore? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right now, I'm happy where we're at

right now. We got hit pretty hard in Florida with that Hurricane Helene. So our family's got a bunch of properties down there. Two of our properties got destroyed. There's an island there called Treasure Island. And that island got decimated. So it's going to take eight months for it to get back on track. so I'm happy where I'm at in Maryland in the meantime.
