Time to get buzzed on the hot goss from Hollywood with Abby.

It's the bird show's entertainment bus.

I'm going to do a little sad news sandwich at an attempt to not bring down the mood because

a beloved actor just got diagnosed with a really heartbreaking disease.

But what I would rather talk about is something a little bit more fun.

And it's the fact that I finally started Love Island last night.

Oh, God.

The reality show that everyone is raving about on Peacock.

Is it as bad as everybody's saying?

Oh, my God, it's so mind-numbing.

This is what I imagine Lexapro is like.

You turn it on and you just start hearing the thoughts in your mind rattling around because it's so vapid. I just feel like everything I ever learned at every school I ever went to just went

out my ears.

Will you lose more IQ points watching Love Island or Secret Lives of Mormon Wives?

Oh my God, no.

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives does make me think about my female friendship.

So I do feel like in some way it's sort of educational.

So Love Island for me is the most vapid of both of them.

I feel dumber watching that show.

Not as dumb as I felt watching Temptation Island, but watching Love Island, it is not soulless, but it is, it is joyful, empty hate watching.

So what's the difference between the islands?
