Hello everybody and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

Today is a different kind of episode and I will tell you exactly why I am doing this.

You can tell from the title that this is a pregnancy update.

A lot of you have been asking specific questions about this pregnancy and our plans and preparations

or just generally how it is going, how I am feeling, what is changed in terms of nutrition

or movement.

I wanted to answer all of those questions but instead of having them be in the Saturday

Q&A.

I have one episode that way.

Those of you who are interested in this kind of stuff can listen and those of you who are

not interested can move right along to the next thing because I know some people are very

interested and others are like not only do I not care, I don't want to hear it.
