Overthinking and becoming a person who takes action because the reality is what keeps us

out of action is spending too much time in thought, in projecting, in worrying, in assuming,

in planning even.

And I want to say that planning can be very productive and it can also be very unproductive

and you can look at your results to know, is this planning helping me to get the results

I want or am I spending so much time and effort in creating the plan, revising the plan,

trying to make the plan better, adjusting the plan, ditching the plan, looking for another
