near 100% today but man I was on the struggle bus not just the signage congestion stuff so I'm

gonna do my best here not to cough and blow my nose repeatedly for you guys, but honestly, like the flu or COVID or something, because

man, I was at about zero energy.

One of the days, like, I don't even know if I got a thousand steps just because I felt like I could barely move from like the backyard to my bedroom to the bathroom to the living room, to the living room, and just, you know, things that are not normal, like wearing pants, long sleeve, flannel hoodie,

sun in the backyard I'm still shivering you know like that's not not normal and
