| 0:55.9 | skin and today no self-respecting superfoodie would think of overlooking the value of kale in our diet. And back in the early 1990s I was |
| 1:06.8 | writing then about the importance of good fats in the diet, especially things like |
| 1:11.5 | olive oil and the omega-rees from fish oils, as well as advocating |
| 1:16.7 | skin plumping avocados, which are a really excellent source of the free radical skin savour, vitamin E, as well as encouraging us all to eat more |
| 1:26.5 | colourful veggies. Really the nutrients are so often found in brightly coloured foods, especially the antioxidants, so we're looking here at |
| 1:34.4 | vitamin E, vitamin C and beta kerosene. You find those in the really colorful fruit |
| 1:40.3 | and veg and these nutrients are so helpful because we need them to create our own collagen and that is |
| 1:46.6 | what keeps our skin soft and strong. |
| 1:49.6 | So make sure you keep your plate as colourful as possible. People today talk about eating the rainbow. |
