Summary

This will be a different kind of Easter or Passover than you’ve probably ever had. We’re in lock-down or quarantine because of covid19. Almost all of us on the planet are being careful to observe social distancing. Please take this seriously. Stay at a distance from others, at least 2 meters or 6 feet away. Today I’m sharing a meditation to bring peace and groundedness to you. I will offer certain phrases and leave time afterward for you to gently repeat them in your own mind. The phrases will help you become grounded. They’ll help you find peace. There will be a lot of repetition here. That’s where you’ll find relief. I encourage inclusiveness, I encourage to let go of being judgmental, to accept what is. I encourage being connected rather than being alienated. To be caring rather than being indifferent. The phrases will be simple and general, yet will empower and support your well-being. The phrases I’m offering will be an act of generosity. Let me be safe, let me be healthy, let me feel peace and let me feel contentment. Feeling peace and contentment means, let life not be such a struggle. Let me accept life, let me live in the moment and be willing to remain in this moment. Remember this is not about forcing or about pushing to make something happen. It is about allowing, about letting go to make room for what works. Let me be safe, let me be healthy, let me feel peace and let me feel contentment. We’re not focusing on fear or anxiety, we’re focusing on what’s pure, what’s natural, what is. The more we can accept what is, the more we’ll thrive, the more we’ll be able to support each other. Let me be safe, let me be healthy, let me feel peace and let me feel contentment. Thanks for listening.
