Not a fake breast that time, geez.

I've been doing the holiday eating, and I can just tell the guts expanded a little bit. It's

been used to some pretty, some pretty strict dietary restrictions the last few months.

So it's nice. Honestly, it's fantastic. Just, ah, does it look good? Is it in reasonable proximity of my mouth? Guess where it's going?

But that's what the holidays are for. And I hope you treat yourself. I hope that you...

I hope that you find something and some way to really make little moments, little celebrations of yourself meaningful.

It is...

It's wonderful to be celebrated and to get accolades and to get that

attention from the outside. Hard time of year so I can't stress enough. It's always

really good to have it inside too. So in some way, even if you're just eking out, like I was last year, even if you're just barely

getting by or you don't feel like you deserve anything good, your own internal monologue

is just oh so negative.

I hope that you find a way, little places, little nooks of peace

in which you can celebrate yourself this season, because gosh, does it ask a lot? Gosh, does it keep on just going and going and going?

Mm.

Uh, besides that, I guess I did kind of tee it up last week.
