Welcome to the barnyard. I am your good friend and host, Steve Robertson, here on the Monday edition of the yard. It's been a busy three days.

It has been Mississippi State football practice in full session now. We're going to break down some observations early in camp. We've had two days of non-contact drills.

And then on Sunday, the Bulldogs put on the pads, played a little

football. However, due to lightning in the area, practice was moved indoors to the Palmyro Center,

so we were not able to observe. However, I'm going to share with you some things I picked up the

first couple of days. We did have an opportunity to speak to several coaches and players

over the last three days. Yesterday, we got Eric, Meeley, Jason, Washington, Jeff Phelps, and Coach

Tony Hughes. You can find those videos on the front of jeanspage.com. They are free videos. You can go

check them out today. Just go to the front page and

kind of scroll down. You'll see the latest videos. And we're going to have multiple videos

basically every day of practice, whether it be player interviews, coaching interviews, and so

all of that is free. Now if you want to know more, you're going to have to have a subscription.

But we do make a lot of that stuff for free, even some one-on-one stuff.

Like I got Tony Hughes yesterday one-on-one.

We made that free.

So even if you're not a jeans page subscriber, and you should be.

But even if you're not, you can still get the benefit of our access because we go in.

We do our best to be very thorough.

And if you want like our observations or, you know, kind of some player features and things

like that that are one-on-one, you've got to pay for that. But the reality of it is,

is there's a lot of news out there. Now, I want to caution you about this, too, we got to practice every day, every single
