0:56.7	I went down to Arizona's, which gave me a break in shoveling snow,
1:01.9	but I was doing that Christmas tree challenge from the Global Run Club
1:06.0	app and I was at mile four on my way back down to a one mile run on Christmas Eve and I fell on the
1:16.1	asphalt so hard and banged myself up pretty well I didn't start running until the
1:20.6	new year. Oh no no falling over when you're running particularly
1:25.8	when you got a little challenge. It does get a little bit disappointing even if a
1:31.3	bit painful. Yes and I I know Martin, you're in your, you're in your office, which is a little cold, but not as
1:39.4	gnarly as here, where we have had 21 feet of snow this winter. You better believe my
1:48.9	muscles are feeling the shoveling effects of shoveling our two decks.
1:53.6	Come springtime, I might take a sledgehammer
1:56.1	to the decks on the front and the back of my house.
